Marketing Manager, SaaS (Full Time, Remote or Australia)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of our marketing engine across social content, email and lifecycle automation, and brand storytelling.

We are a hospitality tech SaaS platform helping restaurants, cafes, and multi site brands run their own online ordering, loyalty, and operations. We are growing quickly across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, and are now investing heavily in marketing to match our product momentum.

What You Will Own

You will be responsible for building and executing a marketing machine that attracts, nurtures, and converts restaurant operators.

Content and Social Media

  • Plan, create, and publish high quality content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid channels.

  • Turn product features, customer wins, and industry insights into engaging stories.

  • Build a consistent brand voice and showcase our mission to help hospitality operators grow.

Email, CRM, and Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own our email marketing and nurture flows including top of funnel, onboarding, product education, and expansion.

  • Create sequencing and automation that converts leads into pipeline and customers into advocates.

  • Write clear, helpful, conversion focused copy.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars to support sales and product priorities.

  • Collaborate on and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

  • Build dashboards, report on results, and iterate quickly.

  • Work with leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and target personas.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales to generate pipeline and support campaigns.

  • Work with Product to tell compelling stories about new features and launches.

  • Collaborate with designers, agencies, and freelancers when needed.

About You

You are someone who thrives in autonomy and enjoys building from the ground up.

You have:

  • 3 to 6 plus years experience in SaaS marketing or B2B growth roles.

  • A strong track record in content creation and email or lifecycle marketing.

  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.

  • Experience running paid ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

  • A strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and optimisation.

  • The ability to work fast, self manage, prioritise, and deliver.

  • A builder mindset where you test, learn, and iterate.

Nice to have:

  • Experience marketing to SMBs or hospitality operators.

  • Experience with marketing platforms including email automation, CRM, or analytics tools.

  • Basic design or video editing skills.
