We're looking for an ambitious, experienced Product Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Bite's product offerings by collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring the success of our white-labelled solutions for hospitality businesses.

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap in conjunction with the leadership team and founders, based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop new features and enhance existing ones.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret customer insights and usage data to improve the product experience.

  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to ensure bugs and critical issues are addressed in a timely manner, enhancing user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.

  • Develop and track key product KPIs to measure success and iterate based on performance.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure Bite stays ahead in the hospitality-tech space.

  • Lead cross-functional team discussions and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and decision-making, working closely with the founders to ensure strategic goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine features that enhance the customer experience.

  • Work with development to troubleshoot and improve system efficiency.

  • Develop automation processes to streamline implementation for new venues.

  • Optimise onboarding and user experience for franchise customers.

  • Must have experience working with developers, understanding APIs, and managing SaaS products.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in Hospitality-Tech – Familiarity with restaurant operations, POS systems, or online ordering is highly desirable.

  • AI & Automation Knowledge – An interest in AI-powered features, including automation of menu builds, marketing materials, and user personalisation.

  • Design Thinking & UX – Ability to make informed decisions about interaction design, user flows, and customer experience improvements.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

  • Experience in Data Analysis – Highly valued for driving product insights and making strategic decisions.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Success in this role will be measured based on the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Feature Delivery & Roadmap Execution – Timeliness and effectiveness in delivering planned features and updates according to the product roadmap.

  • User Engagement & Adoption – Increase in active users, repeat orders, and retention rates for the platform.

  • Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution – Reduction in reported issues, response times for bug fixes, and improved NPS (Net Promoter Score).

  • Revenue Impact & Business Growth – Contribution to increased transactions, higher order values, and customer expansion.

  • Operational Efficiency – Improvements in automation processes, onboarding time for new venues, and system performance enhancements.

  • Data Utilisation – Effectiveness in leveraging analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
